Returns

We at Jai Hind Bro work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, color or design simply return/exchange the product within 10 days of delivery.

Few points to remember:

All returned items will be accepted after a quality check by our team. They must meet our quality standards to initiate a return. The returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

For any special Deals/Offers/Sale the Refund & Exchange policy might not be applicable or may be changed. Please read Sale/Deal/Offer details carefully before placing your order as in some cases the refund and exchange services might not be available.

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

FOR EXCHANGE:

The Exchange Product will be Delivered within 10-12 Working Days after a standard quality check (From the Date of Pickup)

For Exchange, Free Reverse Pickup facility is available once per Order. Further attempts shall be chargeable by ₹ 100.
