A) How does the delivery process work?
● At JaiHindBro, we only accept prepaid orders. The COD option is not available.
● Once you place an order on our website, our team begins processing your order almost instantly.
● Next, your ordered product is passed through a quality check before passing it over to the courier partner.
● Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
● Accordingly, your item is shipped to your location. In case your address falls in a location that is not served by our delivery partners, our team will contact you and find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.
B) What is the estimated delivery duration?
We religiously strive to ship the products within 8 to 10 working days, however with the current COVID situation few order shipments might take longer than usual. In a few cases there might be some delays due to dependencies at different levels. Furthermore, we diligently ship orders throughout the week including weekends and public holidays.

C) How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from our team with the tracking ID of the respective courier partner. You can simply click TRACK ORDER and enter your order number or full AWB to check where your order has arrived or how long it will take to get delivered.
D) In which locations do you ship your products?
We ship throughout India so you can receive your order in any corner of the country within the confines of your home.
E) Are there any shipping charges?
We charge a nominal shipping fee of INR 100 for all orders across India which will be added at the payment page before completing the purchase.
